A New Crematorium Proposal

Westerleigh Group is the country’s leading developer-operator of crematoria, and is putting forward plans to develop a new crematorium to serve the communities in and around the North Wiltshire area.

I am writing to you as the Clerk to a Town or Parish Council of a community which could be served by the new facility, and to invite you, your councillors and constituents to attend a public exhibition.
The purpose is to give people an opportunity to find out more about our proposals, ask questions and give feedback.

The public exhibition will be held on Thursday 2nd March from 2:30pm to 7:30pm at the Rugby Club, Malmesbury Road, Royal Wootton Bassett SN4 8DS.

I attach a poster, with details of the exhibition, which you may want to circulate or put on notice boards.

I would be grateful if you could let your councillors know of this event so that they may have the opportunity to find out more about our proposals.
