Meetings are usually held on the 1st Wednesday of the month

January – Planning – if required
February – Planning – if required
March – Full
April – Planning – if required
May – Annual Parish and Parish Council Meetings
June – Planning – If required
July – Full
August – Planning – If required
September – Full
October – Meeting if required
November – Planning – If required
December – Full – Needed to agree Precept

All Meetings start at 8.00pm and are held in the Community Room at Hilmarton School Hall (access via Poynder Place)
Changes to dates, times and venue for any of the meetings will be notified on the Agenda’s posted in the Parish Notice Boards
