Temporary Closure of: New Zealand, Beacon Hill, Catcomb Street, Quakers Lane and Quakers Walk, Hilmarton (Ref: TTRO 5453)

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic:
a) New Zealand, Hilmarton; from its junction with Quakers Lane to its junction with A3102 for its entire length;
b) Beacon Hill, Hilmarton; from is junction with Catcomb Street to its junction with A3102;
c) Catcomb Street, Hilmarton; from its junction with New Zealand to its junction with Beacon Hill;
d) Quakers Lane, Hilmarton; from its junction with New Zealand to its junction with A3102;
e) Quakers Walk, Hilmarton; from its junction with New Zealand to its junction with Quakers Lane.
To enable: Eurovia to undertake works for carriageway resurfacing, surface dressing and road markings.
No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible. The closures will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
This Order, which previously came into operation on 14 February 2018 will now recommence on 18 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 20 July 2018. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months.
