Urgent Closure of A3102 Swindon Road (Part), Snow Hill and The Green (Part), Hilmarton

WILTSHIRE COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that on 13 July 2018, the following length of road shall be closed to all traffic in the interests of
public safety to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway resurfacing, replacement of existing road markings and adjustment of ironworks.

A3102 Swindon Road (Part), Hilmarton; from its junction with Church Road to its junction with Snow Hill.
A3102 Snow Hill, Hilmarton; from its junction with A3102 Swindon Road to its junction with The Green.
A3102 The Green (Part), Hilmarton; from its junction with Combe Lane to its junction with Quakers Lane.

Alternative route: via A3102 (Unaffected length) – B4069 – A350 – A4 and vice versa.
The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs and access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible throughout the works period.

These works will commence on 13 July 2018 and are anticipated to be required for 1 night between 19:00 until 00:00. This Notice will have a maximum duration of 5 days.
